A: Membership Applications are available at The Lodge. The application packet includes step-by-step instructions to make sure you have included everything you need. All dogs must be current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, licensed with the City of Beaumont, and not excluded from coverage by your Homeowner’s liability insurance. You will also need to include a color, side-view photo that identifies your dog. Be sure to attach a check made out to “Four Seasons HOA/ Canine Corral“ for $40 per dog for initial registration, $30 per year renewal thereafter. All fees go to support the Canine Corral and include a special dog tag and a gate fob. Click Here to View the Application
When your application is ready, just submit it to the Lodge Front Desk or Management Office.
Once the application has been reviewed and approved by the Canine Corral Council, you will attend a member seminar to ensure that all members understand and agree to the rules for the safe and respectful use of the facility. Then you will receive your fob and dog tag!
Our Mission:
To establish a fenced in, off-leash area where well-behaved canine citizens can exercise in a clean, safe environment being respectful of neighbors, property and wildlife. To develop an appealing, well-maintained space open to all resident members who have committed to uphold the facility’s rules and restrictions. To view this Canine Corral as a community project, amenable to dog owners and non-dog owners alike. Adopted by the CCC June 16, 2020
